Richard M. Langhorne, company founder, holds the Counselor of Real Estate designation from The Counselors of Real Estate (formerly The American Society of Real Estate Counselors).
He has recently been elected to the Florida Chapter of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.The breadth of Mr. Langhorne's skills extends to distressed and viable project and business resolution, asset and real property management, construction, and financial reporting services. Asset disposition, ad valorem tax appeal, due diligence, litigation management, litigation support, and litigation consulting are further disciplines well within his area of expertise.
Mr. Langhorne is qualified and experienced as a Chapter 11 Trustee in the Southern District of Florida and is also eligible as a State Court Appointed Receiver in Dade and Broward Counties. The Langhorne Company is licensed in Florida and Colorado.
